After a quick meeting with Switzerland destination operators,  Green Trekkers  head to JW Marriott Hotel, Bukit Bintang to attend a road show by Fujian Tourism Promotion Council. Indeed, every time I attend any such China tourism event, I always feel connected in a way, since I am Chinese descendant. Especially for Fujian region, since our other director Madam Wong’s ancestors are from Fuzhou, the smell of familiarity lingers . We recently celebrated our 6th anniversary at Sushi King restaurant, Aeon Mall Shah Alam. Here are some of the milestones that we have achieved. 1. Developing a standard costing structure 2. Another exciting day meeting with Benno Kung from BK Swiss Consulting Ltd. and Maxime Hops from Relais & Châteaux ( Lenkerhof Gourmet Spa & Resort ) Switzerland to discuss possible collaboration on hiking packages for summer 2019. Mulu Summit Climb 28 May - 1 June 2018: When I passed by this sign board 8 years ago, I thought I would want to do this climb one day... And managed to complete it . I would rate it advanced among the highest mountains in Malaysia .  It was a long flat walk for first 5km, passing by several waterfalls ( Paku Waterfall ) and did a few times of river crossing. We were careful not to wet our shoes and bags. Passed camp 1, it was up, up, and up! Generally 60 to 70 degrees steep, we hold on to tree roots and focused on where we should step next. We passed by camp 2, it was just a flat area for camping and no mountain hut or facilities. Till 12th km to reach camp 3.  River crossing before reaching Camp 1 Basic accommodation with squat toilet and kitchen, we were quickly settled in with dinner prepared by guide and porter.
